Inconsistency of time when inserting a new line in Port Activities of Laytime calculation.

In the past when using IMOSLive, whenever we have to make a new insertion of line item for Port Activities in the laytime calculation, we can insert a line and the time reflected will follows that of the previous line. However in VIP, this convenience has been removed. It would be good to restore it.
