Claim Negotiation Log

Our Claims team would like a feature to track the negotiated claim amounts, so they can see the counter offers and intermediate figures that lead up to the agreed amount.

It should show the original amount and counter offer amount/ date/ by whom (company, counterparty).

Hi Aldo - thanks for reaching out on this. In VIP, the claim object has an Action Log where this information can be recorded as discreet notes with users and timestamps. You can configure specific "Actions" associated with the logged event (eg "Offer Made"). Let me know if this is workable for your team.
