Enhance the bulk update functionality for VC-in's to include more fields

It would be helpful if the bulk update functionality was expanded to more fields...specifically, user defined fields in the VC-in properties tab and the "Bill by" basis in the CP Qty sub form.

Yes, the Update Liftings feature in the booking is helpful for updating user defined fields across multiple VC-ins, but that functionality is "all or nothing." i.e. it's only an option where every VC-in needs to be adjusted. A more flexible solution from the VC-in list where particular VC-ins could be selected would be helpful.

Also, to get the advanced pricing to work better in some situations, it can be helpful to switch the "Bill By" basis (ex. BL Qty versus CP Qty). Currently, it seems the only ways to do this are to either adjust the COA (which could impact all future voyages) or update the "Bill By" field in each VC-in. As we can put 30 VC-ins on the same vessel, that can be time consuming.
