Improve position and size of the itinerary section of the estimates screen for a TCTO in VIP

In on-premises version of IMOS, the itinerary portion of the estimates screen for a TCTO is featured very prominently in center of screen and in a large size so that many line items can be seen at once. With VIP, the itinerary is at the bottom of the screen, the user must scroll down to see it fully, and less line items are visible because it is smaller in size. Can the VIP version of this screen be modified so that the itinerary can be seen without scrolling and is larger in size, allowing more line items to be visible? Thank you!
