User Security Entitlement Comparison between VIP and Veslink

The security list presented in both VIP and Veslink should be in sync, however, it is often out of sync and it is very hard for one to monitor between two sources unless user feedback their access no longer works.
Thus, for ease of management, there should either be a admin view or report to manage this aspect.
