Daily fixed rate commission in TCI

We can add a fixed rate TCI commission, but this is not shown in the voyage estimate. When scheduling the voyage is the amount shown and deducted from the P&L result. The voyage P&L will therefore immediately be down by the number of days times the fixed daily fee commission. This is a constant nuisance for our chartering teams.
