Enhanced Trade Details List for VIP

The below enhancements would make it easier to obtain large datasets from the 'Trades' screen found within the Trading module (aka the 'Trade Details List' in the desktop version of IMOS):

- Provide adjustments within scheduled snapshot results. Currently adjustments are only provided when the Snapshot parameter is set to 'Current'.

- Allow multi-select of contract types. Currently the user can only choose one contract type at a time.

- Allow 'Trade' report extraction to be scheduled/automated. Do not limit the automated report to a 2 minute database timeout so that larger datasets can be obtained without timing out.

- Provide 'Trade' related data sets in the Report Designer so that custom reports can be built which display physical trade P&L data, not just paper trade data.
