Speed type 'Super Slow' on vessel card

We would like to add a new option called 'Super slow', as highlighted in the below drop down list under “type” column on Speed consumption table on vessel card. Please refer to the attached screenshot for details.

The Types should either be editable or we should be able to add new types as required.
