Add Total CO2 Emitted on the Final Freight Invoice

We need the ability to add the total CO2 emitted to the final freight invoice only, and the ability to select which counterparty to expose it to. We need this to create transparency around the emissions.

In addition to capturing the CO2 emissions for invoicing, we need to capture this information at the voyage as its being used for reporting. The data is provided by a third party, and we would like the ability to interface this information into the voyage instead of a manual input.
