BL Load vs BL Discharge Comparison

As the BL Load quantity and BL Discharge quantity are typically different, it would be valuable to understand the differences and accuracy of the surveyor's instrumentation at each site. The current "QTY Diff" field does not measure this.

amit kumarit would be good to see an alert functionality when the L and D qty do not match
