Laytime calculation- Allow importing of existing calculation when the counterparty is different.

At present, it only allows importing the existing calculation if the counterparty is the same. However, for RELET voyages, it does not allow to import of the existing calculation since the counterparty is different. We suggest allowing importing of existing calculations when the counterparty is different.

system should allow multiple counterparty within same port / same vsl which Softmar do hv this function. IMOS claimed to be ahead of other system, but after using same, same don't seem to be the case.

Laytime system is not user friendly. Other system like softmar has long able to handle same without users in put multiple times.
