Voyage Estimator – CP Qty vs L/D Qty in the P&L calc.

When new configuration flag “CFGVoyestCriteriaForZeroProfit” value is set to CPQtyMismatch, the waring for the user is visible, e.g. the Voy Est PnL is completely blank. We want to make the “C/P Qty field” or even entire Cargo row together with the the L/D Qty fields highlighted in Red, so user can be visually guided towards the problem they need to solve.
