Monthly Accruals Summary - add more fields/columns

In relation to month-end financial reporting, deal handlers run the Monthly Accrual Summary report in IMOS on the second business day of every month to see what expenses on every vessel and voyage that have to be accrued. I.e. expenses that was incurred in the previous accounting period(s) that is not yet settled and paid. Example; for accounting period 12 (December) the report and accruals are run and posted in the beginning of January, usually on the second business day. The report gives us descriptive details about expenses and revenues for all vessels/voyages in a clear and concise form. After the report is calculated, deal handlers systematically go through each vessel and voyage to see what freight expenses to accrue.

This process would be way more efficient if the report had more information about when the vessel loaded. Accruals are governed by the BL date, and as such the BL date of each voyage would be extremely valuable information in the report showing deal handlers which
