Improvements to prevent that alert notifications are often overlook in the Voyage Estimator

As we all try to make the most of the task & alert capabilities, a wealth of information is made available to Chartering staff there. Unfortunately in a busy environment, these important pieces of information are not always seen at the right time.

One solution could be to add a configuration flag which ensures that notifications are always shown in the column view when running a new calculation or copying an existing one. Similarly, when opening an estimate in the full view then the default pane to open should be 'notifications' instead of P&L.
