CFGRedelBnkVsHireWarning - Calculate remaining hire based on Min date

Today the calculation for remaining hire is calculated based on maximum date which is for us a large risk for overpaying as there can be several months between min and max date. We would like to have the option to choose the remaining hire to be calculated based on Min period.
