Expand Tasks & Alerts Panes to Additional Workspaces

Today, there is a config flag that changes the default view of the right hand side of the Voyage Manager to show the Notifications panel instead of the P&L panel.

I'd like to suggest similar config flags for the other workspaces (Cargo, Estimate, Time Charter, COA, and Financials Invoice), where the panel is automatically set to 'open' within the workspace. Today, these notifications are difficult to notice and by opening the view, will make tasks and alerts more effective.
