Dynamic field for contract type in Time Charter In

Currently, we have 6 contract types defined in TC in creation.
Because this is hardcoded, we are not able to add additional entries. We would like to be able add new entry for the drop down in contract type field.

Having this capability would assist our clients with reporting TC contracts that are considered leases under accounting regulations. Opening up this field, or at a minimum, matching TCI to TCO contract types, would allow for consistent financial reporting.
