All Time Save Laytime Calculation

In the Laytime Module, Veson currently has two methods of calculations: Deduction and All Time Counting.
We would like to have the method All Time Saved

Despatch on All Time Saved (ATS):
> This method calculates the financial reward based on the total time saved during cargo operations, irrespective of whether it is working or non-working time.
> It considers all saved time, including weekends, holidays, and other non-working periods.
