Control over reports received from Online ABLOG

I would like to know how to disable importing instead of importing.
Or we would like to know how to not reflect the movements.
What we want to see is what happens after the report is sent to VIP from here.

For example, if the “Requires Approval” checkbox in the following report is not checked and the report is sent to VIP, we would like to confirm the following

・Arrival Notice
・Departure Notice
・Noon Report

(1) In the case of a completed voyage (Status : Completed), is it possible to control not to reflect the movement of the above report received?
(2) Whether it is possible to control not to overwrite the contents of the above report received later, when the movement has already been fixed by manual input, etc.

We would like to know if these controls are available as a VIP function, or if it is possible to realize them using VIP functions.
