Functionality to ensure that the "Fuel EU Calc Default" defaults to "Penalty"

We need to ensure Fuel EU penalty costs are included in all P&Ls now we are in 2025.
This is not only for the estimate and voyage check boxes but also the new TC fixtures andCargoes Fuel EU Calc Default field where you have to enter ‘PENALTY’ instead of 'N/A'.

Hi Alex, hope all is well. This fuctionality has been released under a new CFG Flag; CFGDefaultFuelEUCalcType - Setting one of the Calc options will default the Fuel EU Calc option on TCs and Cargos under the Emissions tab. N/A: no Fuel EU Penalty expense lines will show, Penalty: voyage PnL expenses for Fuel EU Penalty will show
