Soft Alert which includes a POP UP, which force users to READ before continue

12 votes

In the current system, when building an alert, users have the option to select either a hard stop or a soft stop. However, there are instances where the criteria for a hard stop are not feasible to implement, or the issue is not critical enough to warrant a hard stop. In such cases, a soft alert is created. The Challenge: The primary issue with soft alerts is that they appear on the right pane of the screen and can be easily missed by users. This can lead to overlooked messages, resulting in workflow inefficiencies and potential errors.

Therefore we would like to see a soft alert function that appears in the center of the screen. This pop-up would require users to acknowledge the alert by pressing "OK" before they can continue. This ensures that important messages are not missed, leading to a more focused and error-free workflow.

Increased Visibility: Centralized pop-up alerts ensure that users do not miss critical messages.
