Ability to adjust/report ETDs from Ports in Noon Reporting

The current system allows Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for upcoming ports to be reported through the Noon Report. However, there is no similar field for Estimated Time of Departure (ETD). This means that while vessels can update their ETA conveniently within the Noon Report, they must manually adjust ETD in a different section or system. The lack of an ETD field leads to inefficiencies, as users must input or override departure dates separately, increasing the risk of inconsistencies or errors. By adding an ETD field to the Noon Report:

-Vessels can update their trip itinerary easily, reducing manual data entry.
-ETA and ETD can be managed together, ensuring accurate and synchronized voyage planning.
-Users won't need to manually override dates, improving workflow efficiency and data integrity.
-Better visibility for stakeholders, as ETD information will be readily available alongside ETA.

Implementing this enhancement would streamline voyage reporting.
