Better visibility for Off Hire line items in Time Charter Invoices

Currently if a hire table has overlapping rates an Off Hire line item is a sum of the different rates. Would like an option to show each Overlapping Hire rate as a separate Line Item when crediting Off Hire time to a charterer. Similar to how a period invoice handles overlapping Hire periods.
