Include Off Hire Details to SOA recap

Currently, Off-Hire details are only shown in the Statement of Account (SOA), but not in the SOA Recap. This creates a lack of visibility into which voyage the Off-Hire costs are related to. As a result, both we and our counterparties must spend unnecessary time cross-checking these costs against other hire statements.

This issue is especially problematic on long-term TCs, where the absence of clear Off-Hire breakdowns makes reconciliation time-consuming and non-transparent. Since the Off-Hire information is already present in the full SOA, it should be technically feasible to include it in the Recap as well.

We cannot simply send the full SOA to Owners, as it does not include all estimated Owner’s expenses. Therefore, the balance shown is not reflective of the final remittance amount.

Adding Off-Hire details to the SOA Recap would improve transparency, save time, and reduce manual reconciliation efforts on both sides.
