We want more granular permission control for address book and vessel
1. Business personnel can edit the address book and vessel, but do you want business personnel to create/delete new vessels and addresses?
2. In addition, it is desirable that the remit bank information and customer information in the address can be edited by the business, but the main information cannot be edited.
For address, the main message is short name, fullname; for vessels, the main message is imo number, vessel name
