Ability to create a Bunker Symbol in a different Unit of Measure other than USD/MT

The default UOM for a Bunker Symbol is always USD/MT. Currently IMOS does not allow users to create a bunker symbol with different UOM (eg: USD/Barrel). The workaround now is to use the "Formula" Field in Bunker Symbol table to convert a USD/MT price to USD/Barrel. However this will affect the accuracy of price due to the limitation of 2 decimal point in IMOS. Also, data as shown in default IMOS window and reports (eg: Bunker Swap/FFA Trade Entry Window, Trading P&L in bunker tons) will be wrong as no conversion of Barrel to MT is done.
