There are some mandatory checks that we want to implement on Vessel creation/update based on our workflow. Current system behavior, it will only check the mandatory data in Vessel upon voyage update which is inefficient.

BLSAnother example is to prevent/alert users from changing Vessel Fuel Grade to General Purpose which will caused an issue on P&L if the voyage is not yet closed.
