Tasks & Alerts: Add option to display the cargo name or ID to an Alert

This is in reference to case VS-173233.

When a voyage has multiple cargoes, it would be very time consuming to check each and every cargo when presented with the list of alerts like the one in the attached screenshot. An option to define the cargo name or ID in the 'value' field would solve this issue (second screenshot).
