Control to move private tabs in Operations>Voyage List

Problem:
In Operations > Voyage - List, when other users started to create a lot public tabs my private tabs get squeeze out of the window.

Suggestions:
- To provide control for users to move private tab so that it doesn't get squeeze out of the view.
- Or to provide option to hide the public tabs.

Hi, this is an important functional improvement, from the user perspective. Please add it into the development Roadmap asap.
