Tasks and Alerts - Applies To Cargo - Ability to create rules that only apply to Cargo or VC-In

Currently, when using the Tasks and Alerts functionality for Cargoes, rules are applied to both Cargoes and VC-Ins. We have a requirement for a certain field to be mandatory for only VC-ins. However, with the current fields available for creating rules, there is no ability to say "Where ContractType = VC-In". This would be a useful field to have added to the available columns to create rules for.
It is possible to make this distinction in other areas of Tasks and Alerts, such as Voyage when linking into the underlying cargoes.
