Splitting Commissionable in Extra Freight Terms for XADDCOM and Brokerage

We have scenarios where an extra freight term is applicable for brokerage but not for address commission or vice versa.
However in Extra Freight Terms, Commissionable is applicable for both Brokerage and Add Comm (XADDCOM), so we would like it to have the option to choose either of it.
While we understand we can make adjustment in the Commission payment tab, but it would be easier if the option can be set as Default within Extra Freight Terms.

yam li chithis will greatly help us out if chrtring has fixed a contract basis such terms. it not only simplifies the procedure, im sure P&L will be clear than the need to make adjustments.
