Voyage delete XML should have the timestamp

When unscheduling a voyage in IMOS the XML generated just give very few details, we would like to add more details. We want to ensure that we process the state of the voyages in sequence. As the voyages are reschedule very frequently it’s important to have the event timestamp for Delete exactly the same way as we receive it today for Create/Update event so we can process the events in the correct order.
