Vessel's Performance Clause in Head Fixture

Our operations users are considering to have inserted a Vessel’s Performance Clause in Head Fixture (HF). Please advise if it is feasible to:

1. To have readily available in IMOS the performance clause of each vessel, for the Operator’s review (free text)
2. To be able to gather in one report entire fleet’s Performance Clauses (column in report designer)
3. To be able to separate the Vessel’s that are having ANNUAL or 6 MONTHS review of underperformance instead of Voyage Base
4. To prepare a control to ensure that relevant Anniversary or 6 months check of performance will take place ok
5. To arrange a control ( tick box and exemption report) per Voyage in order to ensure that Voyage Performance Checked
6. To include also a field per voyage stating if Vessel PERFORMED WELL or UNDERPERFORMED and OPS in charge accountable to update
7. To have readily available the history of the vessel Good Performer – Bad Performer for Chartering View – knowledge
