Hire Statement Of Accounts - Exclude Uninvoiced Items (ILOHC in particular)

Sometimes when running the Hire Statement Of Accounts, especially in relation to the Pre Final Hire Payment, it is necessary to exclude certain items that haven't been invoiced yet (such as ILOHC), but need to have others (such as the remaining Victualling). The option to exclude CVEs is too broad. It would be useful to have more flexibility as to what should be included.
