Replicate personal views from one report to another one with same fields chosen

Need a way to replicate personal views (i.e., saved as "template" like in Microsoft Office) to other reports that may have the same fields. This will help improve user experience and willingness to test newly created reports that might be better for them in the long run without having to spend time recreating their personal views (filters for their location, products, etc).
