Ballast Bonus to impact exposure of TCI contracts

As a trader/charterer, I want my TCI contracts to be able to depict what is the impact of the payable ballast bonus, to the MtM of this TC contract. Namely how the Contract Rate will be adjusted in the calculation of the exposure by taking into consideration the ballast bonus amount that is payable to the vessel owners.

At the moment the Ballast Bonus table at the Exposure tab of the TC contracts is just for reporting purposes and by selecting Route, Symbols, Correlation does not change the trading PnL.

When entering a Route at the Ballast Bonus section, system should be identifying the defined Ballast Bonus, to prorate it by period and then apply it in the Contract Rate.
