Change the commission structure in back to back contracts when "Alloc P&L to TCO Voy" is ticked

in back to back contracts, when clicking on "Alloc P&L to TCO Voy" in TC contract, the system brings the whole of the last XXOV voyage into the P&L of the TCO , which is perfect. But it happens that sometimes the TCO between the two companies has a slightly different commission structure than the XXOV voyage.

The idea is to have VIP to allow us to add a commission on the TCO voyage only, with a tick telling that this commission is calculated basis the last XXOV voyage.

And the final result of this TCO Voyage will be based the net that it imported from the XXOV voyage minus the commission that we added.
