Add system alert and access control on voyage TCI/TCO code

Sometimes users change TCI/TCO code in voyages by mistakes. Can the system pop-up alert or even restrict the users to attach wrong TCI/TCO code in the voyage? (basis the delivery/ redelivery date is not matching with vessel itin in the voyage)
