This is released - New configuration flag CFGRequireAnalystOnClaim has been added.
Description: If enabled, the Analyst is a required field on Claim form.

Default Value: N

Hi - we are moving forward with this change but we are limiting this to the Analyst field via configuration flag. This is in progress now.
