Ability to add custom lumpsum items to Time Charter contracts

We have time charter contracts that have provisions for mobilization, demobilization, outfitting, etc, that are prices as lumpsum amounts. The lumpsum items that are currently associated with TCO contracts are hard coded and fixed at only three selections: Ballast Bonus, ILOHC, INTHC. Without being able to include additional lumpsum items, our invoicing team does not know additional amounts should be invoiced.

Without this functionality, we are forced to send emails, circulate charter parties, and reply on individuals remembering that additional items need to be invoiced.

The functionality to have lumpsum items is there, it just needs to be expanded to be more than the 3 selections and the ability to define the codes, descriptions, and associated business rules.
