Ability to populate demurrage delays to I port functions (such as Turkish straits).

Currently we are unable to add expected demurrage delays to our estimates on the Turkish straits yet it is standard practice in shipping to pay owners the delays incurred for transiting the Bosporous and Dardanelles straits. This function would provide more clarity to the estimate for the users vs adding all demurrage to the load port. It would also generate the correct expected arrival at load port when factoring in the delays. Currently users have to calculate this manually.
