Missing Voyage Daily Revenue security rights while there is explicit rights for Voyage Daily Cost

Explicit rights for accruals and journals postings vs AP and AR postings to improve segregation of duties / responsibilities, would be the preferred security and rights management.
Generally, Finance and Settlements/ Operations responsibilities are separate group of people. Finance will need ability to process all forms of accruals and journals but not commercial invoices (AP/ AR). However, without Voyage Daily Revenue security rights, the only workaround requires "All (****)" rights to be granted to Finance - it allows Finance to process Voyage Daily Cost but also all other invoice activities which is not desirable.
