Add Demurrage calculation in Unpriced Component

Laytime calculation to be able to read demurrage amount from unpriced component in Cargo Contract when the demurrage is based on Index Rate.

As a charterer, I would like to be able to retrieved the demurrage amount from the unpriced component in a cargo contract when creating a laytime calculation.
