Include cost of EUA as an element of the voyage freight calculation
with shipping becoming subject to EU ETS in 2024, charterers that are not able to deliver physical EUAs will increasingly ask the option to pay the monetary equivalent. Hence when doing a voyage calculation it should be possible to include the cost of EUAs as a component of the freight rate in the same way we are including bunkers today. I.e. calculated EUA in tonnes (already available in Veson) x Price (be it the EUA forward curve or spot price) added to the "costs" of the voyage

Stefancan you please point us to the relevant “how to” as our voyage estimator does not display 1) a field to enter the EUA price and 2) a cost line in the calculation for eua (like it does for bunkers). As you say it exists, i guess it is a configuration setting that isnt switched on?

ArieleCan you show us where is the EUA component for invoicing? Is it something that generate automatically - just like bunker invoice?
