Veslink Vessel List to auto-mirror the IMOS Vessel List

Suggest for the Veslink Vessel List to automatically mirror the IMOS Vessel List to avoid the need for double-housekeeping. When done manually, the list of vessels in Veslink can only be controlled via the "Active for Veslink" box in IMOS/Vessel - which is also needed for integration to third party systems, e.g. DA-Desk. Meaning that in reality the box cannot be used to inactivate vessels in Veslink as DA integration might still be needed in IMOS.. Therefore, suggest that this workflow is reviewed and adjusted. I see no reason that the two vessel lists need to be maintained separately
