Settlement Amount (P&L column) for “Create Trade Settlement Invoices” table

Add the column "P&L" from the settlement tab of a Bunker Swap & FFA to the list of columns in Create Trade Settlement invoices, this would allow an easier check of our settlement amounts vs. counterparty invoices
