Ability to Add Laycan to TCO Estimates

I would like to be able to add laycan information into a TCO estimate, and would like the system to automatically add waiting time to the itinerary when a user specifies a commencement date and laycan (i.e. estimated delivery date) in the estimate.

As of now, we are manually adding a "Waiting" Port function line in the estimate itinerary. Having above suggested feature will definitely help in making the system more realistic.
