To have alert in operations invoice to remind user to review financials invoice

Hi Veson Support,

I would like to suggest to have a config flag to enable an alert in operations invoice to remind user to review financials invoice before send for approval. the alert should appear if the status of the financials invoice is still not V.

The alert should work as per config flag CFGOpsRequirePaymentTerms

for our company, the review of tax code which available in financials invoice should be review at operations level before it submitted for approval. reason is because operations level would know better the nature of the operational activities. without this alert, there will be a lot of invoice will send for approval without tax code.
