Laytime - add dem/des rate to "laytime calculation" report

  I believe this data is in the underlying XML file behind the report, so it should just be a stylesheet change, rather than a system change, depending on how you want it displayed.

  The reply we got from Veson was:
  The standard Calculation Report does not display the demurrage/despatch rate p/day. You may use the Summary Report or Port Details Report as the support document.
  
  Alternatively, we would recommend you to add this to our new Feature Voting Board where your idea will be visible to the public community to gain acclimation and interest.

  Maybe I'm missing something, but I can definitely see the Dem/Des $/day rates in the XML behind the Laytime Calculation report (as well as the Port Details report).

  Can see the demurrage rate only in the 'Port Details Report' & 'Summary Report' // unable to see it in the 'Calculation Report'.
