Add (de)mobilisation lump sum in TCO

Many offshore contracts contain mob and demob (lumpsum) fees. For a mob fee the existing ballast bonus functionality can be used, however for the demob no field is available. Last resort is adding it into the other rev/exp including lines for internal and external commissions but you loose the revenue functionality reporting. Also a large risk of forgetting to invoice demob fees since there is no standard trigger.
